Conversation
We begin in dialogue — listening to the way you live, host, retreat, and gather. No briefs, no decks. A long conversation over tea, on site or in the studio.

Concept
A singular narrative emerges. Mood, palette, materiality and proportion are set in a quiet concept document — a single voice that will carry the project through to handover.

Design
Plans, elevations, joinery details and a curated specification of every surface. Drawings drawn down to the millimetre, presented in a single, beautifully bound book.

Craft
Workshops in Mumbai and Jaipur fabricate by hand under our daily supervision. Site execution led by our own project team — never sub-contracted, never out of sight.

We hand over a styled, photographed home — books on shelves, flowers in vases, bed turned down — ready for your first quiet evening at home.
